Alici al finocchio

Ingredienti: 12 Acciughe Freschissime Abbastanza Grandi - Aglio - Semi Di Finocchio - Olio D'oliva Extra-vergine Delicato - Sale Marino Integrale
Preparazione: Lavare e diliscare le acciughe; metterle a scolare. Intanto in abbondante olio far imbiondire dolcemente l'aglio; unirvi le acciughe e far rosolare unendo semi di finocchio pestati (perché sprigionino più aroma). Salare e cuocere a fuoco dolce rivoltando una volta le acciughe. Servire con polenta o pane abbrustolito.
